ACA 1095 IRS submission: Covered Individual Name and SSN Error and Solution

Error [Shared-008]

The Information Return 'CoveredIndividualName' and 'SSN' within 'CoveredIndividualGrp' must match the IRS database.


Reasons

This is the error in 1095C form part III. IRS cannot find the covered individual SSN or name in their database.

1. The employee might provide the wrong SSN or Name.
2. The employee might provide the wrong SSN or Name of their dependents.
3. You entered the wrong SSN.
4. You entered the wrong name.

1. Find which 1095 form is with the wrong SSN and name.
