Error [1094C-027]

Form 1094C 'Form1095CAttachedCnt' must match the count of Form 1095Cs attached to Form 1094C.


Reason

There is an error in Box 18 of your Form 1094-C. This may be due to one of the following:

  • The field was left blank, or
  • An incorrect number was entered




    • Solution

    1. Start ez1095, open the 1094C form and enter box 18. Save your changes.


    2. File corrected forms

  • Correct 1094C only

  • Correct both 1095C & 1094C if you also need to fix error on 1095C
