Error [1095C-010-01]
Form 1095C 'OtherCompletePersonName' and 'SSN' in
'EmployeeInfoGrp' must match IRS database.
Reasons
IRS cannot find the SSN or employee name in their database.
1. The employee might provide the wrong SSN or Employee Name.
2. The employee might provide the wrong SSN or Name of their dependents.
3. You entered the wrong SSN.
4. You entered the wrong name
