How to Reinstall ez1095 Software from Scratch

Step 1: Log in to the computer as an administrator or a user with permissions to install/uninstall programs.

Step 2. As a precaution, back up the ez1095 data folder if needed.

Step 5: Download ez1095 again

Please select and download the correct version for your filing year. (For example: if you need to reinstall ez10905 2025, please select ez1095 2025 from the download page.)

After installation, start ez1095, add a sample form, and print it to confirm that everything is working properly.
