Efile ACA 1095 Forms: TPE1130 Test File Code Error

[TPE1130] Our system has detected an error with the Test File Code of your Manifest file. Please check the file and try again. Please note that the Test File Code value of 'T' is used for AATS transmissions and the Test File Code value of 'P' is used for transmissions intended for IRS compliance processing.

Reasons:

1. You submitted the test files to IRS ACA Production site by mistake.

2. Or you submitted the production files to IRS ACA Production site by mistake.

Solution:

1. For ACA testing, please follow this guide step by step.

Note: If you just receive TCC code today, please wait at least 24 hours before filing to the IRS test site. It may take 1 to 2 business days for the IRS to sync their servers.

2. For production submission

2.1 If the IRS has just moved your TCC to 'P' (Production) status today, please wait at least 24 hours before filing to the IRS production site. It may take 1 to 2 business days for the IRS to sync their servers.

2.2 Do not check "Is testing" option on efile screen.



2.3 Submit the XML files to IRS Production site.
